Organized by BrokerTeam Insurance, an Ontario based insurance brokerage, Project SPOTLIGHT is a corporate responsibility initiative that brings to light many overlooked social needs of our community. By creating awareness, Project SPOTLIGHT aims to enable communal support and build mutual trust, creating a society that is inclusive and accessible for everyone.

We identify small community organizations that are often overlooked and plan projects that help them spread awareness in our community.

We are in constant search of small GTA based community organizations highlighting the needs of our community.
We Learn
By partnering with small community organizations, we learn more about the hidden struggles within our own community.
We Support
Often these community organizations lack the resources and support to fulfill their goals. We work with our partners in the business community to help.
We Shine
Many of these community organizations work on overlooked issues affecting our community. We shine a spotlight on these issues to make our community more aware.

This year with Project SPOTLIGHT, we are supporting Therapeutic Paws of Canada to shine a spotlight on an organization that aims to provide therapy pet visitation to those in healthcare, education, and social service facilities in communities across Canada.
